RenalVet

Supporting preparation, recommended for dogs and cats with symptoms of chronic renal failure. RenalVet is the world’s only phosphorus chelator containing active vitamin D. When administered with a meal, it helps to reduce the absorption of phosphorus in animals with chronic renal failure, which may slow down the progression of the disease. Phosphorus chelators are recommended by the International Society of Nephrology (IRIS) for animals starting in the early stages of organ failure.

Use

Instructions for proper use:

Cats up to 10 kg b.w. – 1 capsule daily.

The capsule tip should be twisted off or cut, squeezed out content and mixed with food or administered directly into the mouth. Animals should always have access to fresh water.

Nutritional information: Due to the higher content of vitamin D₃ compared to complete feed, RenalVet can be administered to dogs and cats in an amount of up to 2.5% of the daily ration.

Composition: 2.20.1 refined soybean oil Glycine max. (L.) Merr., 11.1.1 calcium carbonate, 10.3.1 crustacea meal Chionoecetes opilio (chitosan), 2.21.1 crude lecithins, 9.3.1 beeswax.

Nutritional additives (per capsule): 3a671 vitamin D₃ 80 IU.
